On February 06, 2012, LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on paragon AG, Delbrück,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
February 06, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.81% (this corresponds to
198000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.81% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 198000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt
für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte.
