February 2012 - paragon AG has exceeded the forecasts of the Managing Board for fiscal 2011. The Company is reporting preliminary figures pending confirmation by the auditors. According to these figures, revenue has increased by 11% to approximately EUR 67 million (prior year: EUR 60.4 million). The operating margin (EBIT in relation to sales) attained roughly 13% (prior year: 8.6%). paragon carried on with the successful developments of the first nine months in the final quarter of 2011. Despite the customary seasonal influences, the direct supplier to the automotive industry achieved quarterly sales in excess of EUR 16 million. EBITDA grew by 26% to approximately EUR 13 million (prior year: EUR 10.3 million) during fiscal 2011 according to the Company's calculations. Preliminary figures indicate that EBIT climbed by 70% to approximately EUR 9 million (prior year: EUR 5.2 million). paragon will present the complete and audited annual report for fiscal 2011 during the press conference on financial statements to be held March 22, 2012 at the Company's headquarters in Delbrück, Germany.
