The Management Board of paragon AG has commissioned Bankhaus Lampe KG as sole global coordinator to carry out a roadshow as part of a possible debt financing transaction together with Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers AG acting as joint bookrunner.
The final financing decision will be made by the Management Board depending on the prevailing market environment.
